We use compressed (zipped) files for our downloadable movies and photosets to help make the transfer faster. Most computers come standard with a utility for uncompressing (unzipping) these files.  You will need to unzip our downloads to be able to view the content.  To unzip a file do the following:

1. Double click on the zip file.  You will see the folder automatically expand.
2. A folder with the same name (without the zip attached) will appear containing the usable movie or photo files.
3. Move the movie and photo files to a location on your computer so they are easy and quick to access for years to come.
4. You may delete the zip file once you moved the files onto your computer.

If the unzipping process doesn't automatially start on your computer, it may be that you have an earlier verson of an operating system (for Windows that would be pre-XP).  Here are a just a few of the available utilities for unzipping files:

WinZip is the Microsoft Windows standard. Be aware that they offer various versions of this utility (supporting simple to complex compression tasks). To unzip our files, only the most basic version of WinZip is need. www.winzip.com

PKWare offers a free and simple unzipping utility ZIP Reader. www.pkware.com

Stuffit is a utility for unzipping files on the Mac. www.aladdinsys.com

WINDOWS MEDIA ONLINE (click to play option)
View movie in external Windows Media Player as it buffers the video file at speeds dependant on you internet connection. If video stalls more than a few times while viewing, just pause your player for a few minutes until the player has time to buffer the video file. A high-speed connection is recommended for a quality vieing using this option.

NOTE: Of the viewing options stated above, downloading movie and playing on your computer is recommended for the highest quality viewing experience.

Mac users can play our Windows Media movies using Flip4Mac or Windows Media Player for Mac
